Our Fiddle-Bow Knives are made of 100% avocado wood and finished with a food-grade, zero VOC hardwax/oil blend. The blade is 304 Stainless Steel and will resist rust. Please hand wash only and avoid getting soap on the wood. Dry immediately. Recondition the wood with a food-grade oil or wood conditioner that will not go rancid as needed.
